Quick Apply Full-time 19 hours ago Full Job Description Position Overview Staff in this position is responsible in assisting the Director in day-to-day operation of the Day Activity Program to ensure and provide oversight for all clinical aspects of services delivered.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Administrative:
Ensures compliance with ComServ, Inc.
personnel policies related to hiring, suspending, and separation of employment in coordination with HR Department.
Monitors that staff training is provided in a comprehensive, timely and economical fashion.
Follows up as needed.
Ensures individual specific training is completed and updated as required/needed.
Maintains formal and informal contact with parents/legal responsible person periodically and as needed.
Prepares and submits required documentation for timesheets, use of PTO, requests for reimbursement of work related mileage and any other required reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Consults with the community college and comp-ed employees; monitors and follows up as needed.
Ensures maintenance of service records and staff competency files.
Financial:
Ensures preparation and completion of payroll for individuals attending day program; and ensures compliance with Federal Wage/Hour rules and regulations.
Submits payroll to Payroll Specialist.
Monitors, reviews billing for accuracy and submits documentation to proper agency.
Follows up as needed.
Ensures invoices are prepared and forwarded to Accounts Payable.
Follows up as needed.
Ensures proper documentation is forwarded to Reimbursement Officer for contract agencies.
Ensures that program operates within approved budget.
Identifies problem areas and report to Regional Service Director.
Authorizes accounts payable up to a pre-approved amount.
Monitors and approves monthly petty cash reimbursement.
Ensures and monitors all funding sources for each individual.
Procures and bids for subcontract work following approved policies, procedures and regulations.
Supervision:
Assists in supervision of staff in the day to day operation of the Day Activity Program and ensures over all operation of the program unit.
May delegate to Day Activity Coordinator as appropriate.
Ensures staff training is provided in a comprehensive, timely and economical fashion.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED Early Childhood Credential 1 & 2 and 1 year of experience in CDC program.
