__ You're the first person people call when they need someone to watch their kids __ Looking for a career, not just a job About the Job As a Registered/Behavior Technician (RBT) you will be trained to provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in our pediatric clinics to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and to reduce challenging behaviors to special needs children across all environments.
If you do not currently have your RBT certification, we will pay for you to get it.
Requirements Pass a Background Check High School Diploma or Equivalent Registered Behavior Technician Certification (If you do not have this, we can help you get it!) Benefits (Full-Time Employees) Medical, Dental & Vision 401k w/ company match Paid vacation/holidays Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing.
