We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy services to children birth to 18 years of age in our 14 clinics.
JOB
Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and growth-minded Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with pediatric experience; enjoys the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children; creative in educating the children's guardian/family.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
o Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic o Documentation in EMR o Detailed and thorough communication with child's healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, or other forms of communication o Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology/adaptive equipment as needed o Help develop new programs and/or services o Participate in training and staff meetings o All other duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
o Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university o Active North Carolina Licensure in SLP and ASHA certification o Minimum 1-3 years of experience working with the pediatric population as an Speech Language Pathologist preferably in an outpatient clinic setting o Accuracy and efficiency with documentation YOU ARE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU:
