Essential Functions Working with a high degree of autonomy the RN accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as acase manager to plan, implement and evaluate the care of clients.
Provide consultation and assistance to staff and caregivers in the management of patient's skin integrity.
Provide direct patient care that is continuously evaluated, planned for and revised as needed.
Assess, educate and counsel patient and family.
Modify plan of care.
Initiate referrals for medical or surgical intervention.
Assist and educate staff to maintain current knowledge and competence in wound care.
May provide long-term follow-up through telephone calls or clinic.
Develop/revise policies and guidelines for wound, ostomy and incontinence care.
Conduct product evaluations as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
