We are currently recruiting applicants to fill the Finance Manager position.
The schedule for this position is M-F from 8am-5pm, daily.
Qualifications:
Having a CPA is recommended with demonstrated experience performing the related duties and responsibilities.
Experience managing internal and external financial audits along with tax reporting is required.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
1.
Creates, develops and implements goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting.
2.
Supervises General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow, Cost Analysis, Inventory and Fixed Assets.
3.
Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports.
4.
Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.
5.
Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
6.
Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
7.
Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
8.
Prepares Mid and Long-Term Profit Plans 9.
Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
10.
Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
11.
Coordinates preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
12.
Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
13.
Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
14.
Assist in maintaining ERP system and related procedures and controls 15.
Performs Profit Analysis and reporting for internal management, parent company and Toyota.
16.
Performs PL movement reporting (Includes Marginal analysis) 17.
Assist top management in analyzing company financial status 18.
Coordinates company Cost Reduction activities.
19.
Prepares departmental Hoshin activity plan and manage departmental Hoshin effectiveness.
20.
Authorizations of payments (Includes Check confirmations and wire Transfers approvals) 21.
Provides tax summaries to tax preparers for use in completing the Tax provision and Tax returns.
22.
Prepares county property tax returns 23.
Prepares county development grant incentives applications and monitors receipt of payments 24.
Prepares Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) reporting and coordinates ELC audits.
25.
Participate in safety and quality activity 26.
Responsible for Environmental adherence 27.
Responsible for QMS adherence and support including role understanding and competency and assurance requirements are met Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
