Principal Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Guest Satisfaction:
o Ensures each guest is highly satisfied with their experience at Dunkin' Donuts o Acknowledges all guests with a friendly smile and is highly responsive to needs and special requests o Resolves guest problems with a sense of urgency o Communicates clearly with each guest in a friendly and courteous way o Completes all orders accurately and within Dunkin' Donuts speed of service standards o Consistently serves quality food and beverages to each guest o Issues a receipt with each order to provide guests with an opportunity to tell us about their visit o Participates in team service to ensure each guest is served quickly o Stays focused on the guest and accomplishes all work assignments with excellence o Maintains food safety standards o Contributes to the cleanliness of their workstation and the restaurant o Describes and assembles promoted products and beverages according to the current marketing promotion o Monitors and adjusts the products in the back case according to Dunkin' Donuts merchandising and product appearance standards Teamwork:
o Actively learns and partners with manager to complete required Dunkin' Donuts training o Supports the training of new crew members as requested o Works well with the team and treats people with respect o Responds positively to coaching and direction o Arrives ready to work on time Profitability:
