The Hospitality Coordinator consults with nurses and administrative staff to discuss newly admitted residents.
The Hospitality Coordinator finds out how to best meet the needs of residents during the length of their stay.
A Hospitality Coordinator organizes services to help residents', families, and visitors with daily needs.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Provides information about the facilities services and day to day events Acquires daily care items such as toiletries, for guests and patrons.
Plans and schedules special events, parties, or meetings.
Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of residents, and guests.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintains daily contact with resident and ensures a quality customer service experience Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent administrative skills.
Education and
Experience:
At least two years of guest services experience highly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
