At Room & Board, our Warehouse Associates are responsible for unloading and storing semi-loads of our furniture within our distribution facilities. Using a state-of-the-art computerized inventory system to accurately receive product, they play an integral role in inventory accuracy. Our Warehouse Associates also pull and load product that will be sent to our local delivery markets.
While this is a physical role, it takes just as much finesse as stamina to be effective. Our most successful Warehouse Associates have a broad understanding of how their role impacts inventory, our delivery centers and ultimately Room & Board's customer. They possess strong communication and organizational skills as well as a keen attention to detail. Our Warehouse Associates have a strong respect for the care and integrity of our furniture. Past experience safely driving a forklift is preferred but not necessary.
Our Warehouse Associates are paid a strong hourly wage that recognizes their contribution to the success of the business. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:30am-4:00pm. A pre-employment physical is necessary to ensure one is capable of handling the physical nature of the role.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
